It is amazing to think that Logan was Emersyn's age when we first moved here to South Carolina. Now, he is in the 4 year Kindergarten program at the elementary school. He LOVES school! He and Emersyn are the best of friends. Until she starts sitting on him while he is playing games.
Logan is just a sweet, kind, loving, smart, patient little boy and we love him SO much!

....is the number of snowmen we counted in our neighborhood!

Saturday afternoon my girl's and I headed off to shop.

(What else is new, right?)

As we started driving through the neighborhood

we realized how many snowmen had been built.

Some were really creative too!

So, we went back to the house for Lunden's camera.

We thought it would be fun to snap some photos of all the frozen fun...

Our snow day continues........

While I was getting ready to head out for the afternoon

the kids ( all of them) were outside playing in the snow

and building snowmen.

The problem is...

We don't own any real snow attire.

The kids do have some nice gloves and boots

in which we got up at my parent's place

during the last snow storm we experienced.

I was a little worried about them having frozen fingers

but...

I decided to keep my mouth shut and let them play!!!

No snowplows in sight. We don't even own a snow shovel.

We have been under a winter storm warning all day...

kid's all got out an hour early from school...

It's snowing!

It's seriously the first MAJOR snowfall we have had since we have lived here.

It snowed the night before Emersyn was born, For an hour. And it didn't stick.

It's still coming down!

Miss Emersyn continues to potty train and wear her princess and Dora pull ups.

She woke up mostly dry, this morning and she went right to her potty chair

to do her "business".

I have potty trained 5 kiddos now...it seems the average age is 3

but she just turned two last month so,....

I think we are ahead of the curve.

I can't wait to buy her all kinds of cute panties!

A new fad

I thought I would add a video news clip that really does help to understand what these

are if you haven't heard of them before.

Carsen came home with a  Silly bandz  last week. His friend gave him one.

 It was the first time I had heard of them. He came home with more daily. 

 My two high school students said that many of the kids have these on their wrists at school.

I was like " wierd, ok "....

So, this week, I finally decided that we would go looking for them.

 They are hard to find but I did find a bunch!

  For some reason, they are all the rage around here.
