Little bites of heaven

If you've never tried these little bites of heaven, now's your chance!
It only takes 3 ingredients and it is sooooo worth it
These are perfect for upcoming Valentine parties!

Oreo Truffles

1 18-oz package oreo cookies, crushed

1 8-oz block cream cheese, softened

1 lb. white baking chocolate

In large mixing bowl, combine cookies and cream cheese. Beat with mixer on low speed until well blended. Form 1 inch balls using mini scoop (if possible) or hands. Chill in freezer for about 30 minutes, or until firm.

Melt chocolate in microwave using 30 second increments. Do not over heat! Take out chilled balls and using a toothpick, dip them in melted chocolate one by one. Place on Wax paper to cool.

Note: you may choose to decorate these further using sprinkles or complementary colored chocolate (melted) drizzled on top.

You may also choose to serve these on lollipop sticks.

These are always a hit. Enjoy!!

Those are so yummy. I haven't had them in a while - because I can't trust myself with them. Another yummy thing is to bake a cake, crush it up while warm and mix it with a half a can of frosting. Make balls, cover with chocolate, sprinkles, coconut or whatever you want. So easy and so yummy.
