It's begining to l@@k alot like Christmas!

I finished all of my Christmas decorating.....

I think my home looks way better decorated  for Christmas
than it does any other time of the year!

More pictures soon...

Thanksgiving weekend.......

It's been a pretty low key Thanksgiving...for obvious reasons.
I have really missed being around family/loved ones.
I'm thankful for my parents!
When the times get tough, and you hope that people can be dependable...
and loving... and reach out....to a mom with 5 children during the holidays....
Well, I can always count on MY parents!

I did make my first ever pumpkin pies this year. Can you believe?
We were always at someone elses home for turkey day.
They actually turned out quite delicious if I do say so myself.

We also went to the Saluda Shoals holiday lights. It's become a tradition.
I know we will probably go back 3 more times before the Christmas season is over.
We always do. The kid's love it!

I hope this finds everyone enjoying good food, a home filled with loved ones and maybe even some good deals while out shopping!

I love fall!

Today was such a fun day!
I decided to pile the kid's in the car and head over to
Soluda Shoals park.
There is a playground and I wanted to take some pictures of the kid's.

It was a gorgeous day...
white and grey puffy clouds, gorgeous fall colors on the leaves, falling leaves,
a few sprinkles and VERY chilly.
It was probably in the 40's during most of our photo shoot.

I think I took over 400 pictures today.
I love taking pictures of my kid's!
Here are just a few...

Grimm Grinning Ghosts come out to socialize

This Halloween was Emersyn's first time trick-or-treating....
Emersyn had so much fun posing in her costume and batting her eyelashes.
She would say "Happy Halloween" and before she was half way up the
drive way she was already saying " Trick-or-treat!".
She also made sure to tell the kid's coming up to get candy..
"Don't forget to say Trick-or-treat!".
It was so cute!

Brennen stayed and passed out candy and Lunden and I walked around with the kid's.
Most people were outside of their houses, sitting on their porches with the candy.
I think I like when the kid's can actually go to the door better.

Enjoy the photos!
